Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier to the shipping address provided, we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are confirmed delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is secure and accurate.
