If you encounter any issues with your order, please promptly email us at support@radoxtech.com. We will do our best to address your concerns. If your order has already been shipped (Provided with a tracking number) we are unable to cancel/refund the order at this moment, please await its arrival before contacting us.


Refund and Return Eligibility
Our policy is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase for returns.


Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customer Responsibility for Return Costs
Orders may be fulfilled from international manufacturing or logistics partners. As a result, return shipments may be required to be sent internationally. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international postage, customs forms, duties, and carrier fees.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at support@radoxtech.com for instructions.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases (if applicable):
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Lost or Missing Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Contact the carrier for assistance. For incorrect address submissions, contact us immediately for correction. We are not responsible for items dispatched to the wrong address due to incorrect information.

Ensure your contact number is updated and someone is available to receive the delivery to minimize the risk of loss.

Gifts
For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon returning the item. For items not marked as gifts or shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.
